To keep SPA CHALET VELUWE enjoyable for our guests and our neighbours, we kindly ask everyone to respect the following house rules.

1. No smoking indoors Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the chalet. Smoking outside is permitted, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of safely and the surrounding area is kept clean.

2. Pets Well-behaved pets are welcome by prior arrangement. A €50 pet fee per booking applies. Please tell us in advance if you are bringing a pet so that we can prepare the chalet accordingly. Pets are not permitted in the hot tub or sauna. Any damage caused by a pet may be charged separately.

3. Sauna A towel must always be used when sitting or lying in the sauna. Please use the sauna responsibly and follow the safety instructions provided at the chalet.

4. Hot tub Please use the hot tub responsibly and keep the water clean. Pets are not permitted in the hot tub. Please monitor the water temperature and avoid overheating the hot tub. We generally recommend a comfortable temperature of approximately 37–38°C.

5. Wood burning The sauna and hot tub are wood-fired. Wood burning must stop by 21:30. Only suitable, dry firewood should be used.

6. Quiet hours and neighbours SPA CHALET VELUWE is located in a quiet, family-oriented holiday park. Please keep noise to a minimum, particularly from 22:00 onwards, and be considerate of neighbouring guests and residents. Enjoying the garden, sauna and hot tub in the evening is welcome, but please do so quietly.

7. Parties and events Parties and events are not permitted. The accommodation is intended for peaceful tourist and recreational stays.

8. Visitors and overnight guests Visitors are permitted during your stay. Any person staying overnight who is not included in the original booking must be announced to and agreed with the owner in advance, unless that person is already included in the booking.
